August 13, 2011 - Message from Zone Secretary Gordy Smith

Hello Lions of 19-B3. I am again our zone secretary and as such assist the club presidents and secretaries in acheiving their club excellence award.

For the 2010-2011 Lions year, the application must be signed by the district governor and is due to LCI by September 30, 2011. The form can be found at http://www.lionsclubs.org/EN/common/pdfs/da1-2012.pdf

For the 2011-2012 Lions year, I will do my best to remind you about the VAD and MMR when due. I will also assist you if you need help completing the forms. A VAD must be completed for each month even if there is no activity. Please send a copy of your VAD to the MD 19 office and CC: to the district governor, vice district governor, zone chairperson, and zone secretary. I am missing VAD's from some clubs for July. Please send them to me ASAP.

Thanks Lions, Zone Secretary Gordy
