What your "To Do" list may look like:
- Get to know who is who in the clubs in your zone.
Your communication plan will be to know how to contact the presidents and secretaries in the clubs. You will find this in the roster. You will also have access to the membership reports on the LCI web site.
- Your district governor will provide you with dates for his visit to the clubs. Your visit should be the meeting before his visit.
Contact the club presidents ASAP to confirm the dates. Your visit will include a brief program that you provide. Details of the district governors visit is provided in the library of this website.
- Schedule your zone meetings.
You are required to have at least 3 zone meetings for the year, but, traditionally, our zone has at least 5 zone meetings. One for each club. Each club hosts one of the zone meetings. Asking the Leo Club to host is optional.
- Attend to your Zone Chair visits, District Governor visits, and Zone meetings.
- Do your report each month, go to meetings, and share what you know.
